1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Piklum ("the Service", "the App"), a Shopify app for AI-powered product photo enhancement operated by Ange Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIRET 10537034000017).

By installing Piklum on your Shopify store, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Piklum provides Shopify merchants with the following features:

To use Piklum, you must:

4. Subscription plans and payment

Piklum offers three subscription plans, billed monthly through Shopify Billing:

All payments are processed by Shopify. We do not collect or store payment card information. For details on Shopify Billing, refer to Shopify's billing documentation.

5. Free trial and cancellation

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Billing begins automatically on day 8 unless you cancel before then.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Usage quotas and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly photo processing quota. Once the quota is exceeded, you must upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle to process more photos.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, including but not limited to:

7. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You retain full ownership of your product images and any enhanced versions produced by Piklum. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Piklum, its logo, and its source code remain the exclusive property of Ange Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Service availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Piklum depends on third-party services (Shopify, remove.bg, Anthropic, Cloudflare) whose availability is outside our control.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piklum and Ange Labs are not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may uninstall Piklum from your Shopify admin at any time. Upon uninstallation:

11. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved through the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise for your jurisdiction.
